When I was in charge of Business Development in Montreal at a large teaching hospital, I had a suite of offices and my own executive assistant. I had an amazing view of Mount Royal and more money than I knew what to do with. But when I would show up to meetings with the CEO and the Hospital Board or my own committee, I was sure they would discover that I really didn’t know anything, and see me for the fraud I really was. Funny, right? Even though I wore the executive outfit and looked the part, I really felt like a three year old.
I wonder, how many of you are experiencing that now? What if I told you that I can offer you tools to change that? Would you be interested?
